[webkit-qt] Scale and settings in qml webview at qt5

Hi Denis,

Currently we are not planning to add QML API for zooming and settings
mostly because we have no use case which would need it, although at a
later date we might need them.

May I ask what your use case would be for programmatic zooming? Is it
a desktop or a mobile use case?
