[webkit-qt] QtWebKit Linking Error On Ubuntu

Hi,

32 bit debug build is impossible long time ago,
because linker run out of 4Gb address space.

If you disable building ifdef-ed feautures, maybe
you will be able to build WebKit it debug mode.
