[webkit-qt] Qt5-based QtWebKit snapshot package for N9

Along with the Qt5 packages (already updated to last week hashes),
there is now snapshots of QtWebkit for N9 devices. If you already have
installed Qt5, just "apt-get update && apt-get install
webkit-snapshot" as root to install.
