The revisions prior to http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/124879 should
build with Qt4.

There is also a new branch specifically for Qt4 located here:
https://gitorious.org/+qtwebkit-developers/webkit/qtwebkit-23

(unfortunately gitorious seems to be unaccessible now)
