[webkit-qt] Mouse move event not working with Flash 11 on Mac

I have debugged this issue considerably and I can see that the event
appears to be correct and is being dispatched successfully but it seems
that Flash doesn't handle it.  It works in full-screen mode fine, so it is
only in normal mode where it is a problem.
