Updates:
  * elproxy status: Trying to wrap-up the mobile theme work by adding the missing element, currently struggling with sliders.
  * bbandix status: making pinch gestures working with a qquickflickable based webview
  * ahf status text-autosizing
  * mibrunin status looking into how to fix the useTraditionalDesktopBehaviour thingy
  * zalbisser status: tracing touch/mouse input event coordinate system offset.
  * cmarcelo status: custom alert and friends patch, reviewing favicon, and now enjoying holiday :-)
  * tronical_ status: trying to get a usable debug build without 1000 hours link time, cleaning up layer violations as a result of that
  * torarne status: continuing with private/experimental extension stuff, and getting new handles for the foosball table
  * jturcotte status: remote inspector working, now looking at a way to enable it through command line by having the switch remembered by qcoreapplication like the qml debugger, hopefully without having to use private APIs.
