[webkit-qt] QtWebKit Windows Bots.

Hello,

We have two build bots on Windows. But unless I really missed something they 
are just building, they don't run the layout tests.

What version of Windows is that? XP?

I was wondering if we could get one running on Windows 7 and how much work it 
requires to get the layout test running (whatever is the skiplist) a bit like 
the recent Mac bots.

So we could have a better coverage on this omnipresent OS and we could slowly 
work on make things better there.
