[webkit-qt] Announcement of the symbian buildbot

Thanks to Ossy, Dihan and Jade we now have a Symbian buildbot for WebKit trunk - http://webkit.sed.hu/buildbot/waterfall (the 4th).  Let's work together to keep it green. 

Over time we plan to move it over to http://build.webkit.org.
