[webkit-qt] Loading Netscape plugin

I'm using the latest Qt-4.7.2. Is there a way to set the Library LoadHints 
globally to RTLD_LAZY | RTLD_GLOBAL in the main so that when the framework 
load the plugin shared library from default path will take the my global 
setting.
