[webkit-qt] Enclose Text in <span>

Hi,

I want to replace all text in my page by <span>text</span>. Or in other
words, enclose all text nodes by the <span> nodes.

The use case I have is given a url, when I get its rendered html from
webkit, all text nodes should be enclosed by the span nodes.

What are the options I have?

I am ready to make changes in Qt if needed.
