[webkit-qt] Update WebSocket protocol

Hi folks,

I'm planning to update Qt's WebSocket protocol so it conforms to the latest
protocol specification (which is RFC-to-be 6445
http://www.rfc-editor.org/auth48/rfc6455).

See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73630 for details; basically,
implementation is already there (and Chromium actually ships with the new
protocol implementation already). I will just need to flip the flag of
default protocol used.

If you have concerns, questions, etc, feel free to leave comments here or
in the bug. If there's no objection, I'm going to post a patch to flip the
flag in a few days.
