[webkit-qt] Does embedded QT Webkit support NPAPI plugins?

There's an old patch that allows NPAPI plugins with DirectFB
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36171
But it's very Flash oriented, not sure it would work with anything else. It would definitely not work without DirectFB.
The problem with NPAPI is that the plugins themselves usually need XiD etc. to be passed to them from WebKit; It's not clear what NPAPI should be passing in the case of Qt embedded, and what the plugin is expected to do with that information.
