[webkit-qt] QtWebkit + Flash 10.1 on OSX?

I'm having some trouble getting a QtWebKit window to load flash 10.1.53.64 on OSX.    I could swear that Flash (perhaps pre-10.1) used to run fine on OSX with Qt 4.6.0 and 4.6.2, however it no longer appears to run at all, instead I get messages.   10.1 does work fine in Chromium (webkit sibling) though...

Windows builds of the same application do work with Flash 10.1, I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with Flash 10.1, OSX and QtWebKit?
