[webkit-qt] Excessive timer usage results in 100% CPU usage

I have an idea about this. The problem does not happen at every load. But it
takes much time to load the site on this device (WinCE 5.0 , ARM9 400mhz
CPU) so it schedules a reload before even finishing the initial load and
those seems to be stuck up. If you get the page loading fast enough this
wouldn't be a problem.

Makes sense?
