[webkit-qt] Api freeze for 2.0 release

Hi,

I've bumped the API tracking bug from 2.0 to 2.1:

as we're approaching feature/API freeze soon.

If you have any work that affects the API, please add it to the 2.0 release 
blocker bug

and discuss the API here on this list, so we can get it sorted out ASAP.
