[webkit-qt] Weekly builds

Hi,

in an attempt to make it easier to test features, to get early feedback, etc. 
I've worked on the concept of making a source package and binary packages once 
a week. I've done a few test runs in the past weeks and I'm happy to announce 
the first public weekly build:

Disclaimer: The binaries are largely untested, I merely did some basic smoke 
testing on them. Don't use them on production hardware/phones.
