[webkit-qt] Activating Java applet support (33044)...

Hello,

Could someone please review the following two patches necessary to
enable Java applet support in QtWebKit ?

Though bug report 33044 has already landed in webkit trunk, it does
nothing but cause a crash without 34539 and without 38911 I doubt the
applet support would work on Windows. See the aforementioned reports
for more details.
