Are you sure the block inside webkit_trunk {...} is executed by qmake?
Did you get the message "Using WebKit Trunk at..." ?

If you don't care about switching between Qt's built-in and trunk
version, just remove the config check webkit_trunk and always pass the
flow to its inside block.
