But suppose If I make my application with Qt4.7 then how my application will work on systems which use Qt4.5-Qt4.6 . Sorry but I am new in Qt programming.

If you don't use the new APIs of 4.7 then it will just work fine but slower :D. You'll need to recompile for those systems though.

Make i make static linked application for such situation.

If you static link then you have no problem you can ship whatever version of Qt with your app. But be careful I'm not sure Qt WebKit can be static linked nowadays.
