Hi all,

Following the PS4 reveal and other announcements at E3, one thing that wasn't mentioned much was how important web technologies are on PS4, and much of that relies on the use of WebKit for various parts of the OS.

To continue improving the integration and keep up with the latest upstream developments, Sony Network Entertainment (SNEI) is looking into strengthening our WebKit Platform team in the US for the all-new PlayStation 4. Some of our areas of focus are WebGL and HTML5 Video support. So if that rings your bell then get in touch, it's not too late to be part of the PS4 launch!

Below is our formal job posting. It will be made available online as well but we want to put it on here first to reach the most talented WebKit engineers in priority.

Feel free to reply to me directly if you have questions or to get in touch with our HR department.
