We’ve developed software for Windows and Mac OS, iPhone, Android, the web,
and other mobile phones and seek a Windows 8 Developer to help develop
expand our core Evernote product to leverage Windows 8.

*Responsibilities:*

   - The role includes requirements analysis, software architecture and
   risk analysis, development and debugging, evaluation of 3rd party software
   components.
   - Mentoring junior engineers, working with customers and support to
   resolve critical issues and participating in strategic product planning
   discussions.
   - The Windows Developer plays both a hands-on engineering role with
   complete understanding of the implementation of all aspects of the Evernote
   product, as well as a technical leadership role, working with other
   engineers to direct their efforts.

*Requirements and Skills:*

   - Development environment includes C++, STL,Win32, C#/.NET, DirectX,
   XML, HTML, HTTP and other internet protocols, Windows development tools
   (Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office Development Tools, WinDbg,
   DevPartner Studio), and Windows operating systems.
   - JavaScript/HTML5 experience is a plus.
