Sr. Software Engineer/ Webkit

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a Webkit-based browser for an embedded STB.
Provide leadership for debugging and troubleshooting web applications written for the Webkit browser.
Merge new versions of open source libraries into internal source code repositories.
Fix security issues identified in open source libraries and contribute them back to the open source community.
Provide guidance on open source licensing issues and compliance measures.

Skills/experience:
Experience maintaining Webkit is preferred.
Experience developing C and C++ applications for embedded devices is required.
Knowledge of web protocols (HTML/XHML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of software design principles and OO concepts.
Experience applying patches to open source software is required.
Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Knowledge of open source licensing issues (GPL, BSD, Apache, etc).
