[webkit-help] what command used to install compiled webkitgtk?

Could be that I will have more success on 2nd attempt :) I feel precious knowledge somewhere near

after 

  build-webkit --gtk --prefix=/foo/bar 

then I want to install so installation goes to the said prefix, how should I do that?
(I've searched but haven't found the answer)
