[webkit-help] WebKitSupportLibrary.zip is out-of-date r171650

Downloaded the source code from
http://builds.nightly.webkit.org/files/trunk/src/WebKit-r171650.tar.bz2 and
support library from
https://developer.apple.com/opensource/internet/webkit_sptlib_agree.html
but every time I tried to build using Tools/Scripts/build-webkit I
get WebKitSupportLibrary.zip is out-of-date error message.

I tried a revision 1 month older but same problem exist.
