[webkit-help] Build Webkit2 on Windows

Hello,
I try to build Webkit2 on Windows and realized it was dropped January last year. Only Webkit1 can be build.

I found the bug ticket and commit stop build Webkit2, but no reason why it was done. Is somewhere a statement why the support was dropped?
