Right, unless you are targeting CE 8 you will not be able to build with the C++11 features. Its possible there is a work around for the latest source code (Patrick Gansterer may have more insight into that) otherwise you will need to use an older version without the C++11 features or modify the source code to build with VS2005/8.

The instructions on http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WinCE is for old version of
WebKit.
We did as it in the past. But I think it isn't suitable for the latest
source of WebKit
because WebKit now uses some features of C++11.
