[webkit-help] Does WebKit on Windows has same feature as WebKit on Mac

WebKit stop windows nightly build by 16 October 2012, and I read some post said that WebKit on Mac has more features than in windows.
I download the nightly build of same version on windows and mac, run them by safari, visit http://www.html5test.com/, found that mac version has more point  than windows


so this is my question: does WebKit on Windows has same feature as WebKit on Mac?  and what about the deffience between qt port and mac?
