[webkit-help] Build Webkit on Windows

Actually we wish to use webkit - clutter for touch events , we were not able to find multitouch support in web kit.
We are working on Windows, I dont understand the 'port' concept.

How should we go about it?
Is it possible to build webkit-clutter on Windows VS2010 or VS2008?
