That fails as well. It says there is some issue with java. I have installed it and checked that it exists.
I will try to reinstall xcode and java and check.

Maybe the workspace is broken on Lion? Most people work on Mountain Lion nowadays.
Try building in command line with the build script:
./Tools/Scripts/build-webkit --release
