[webkit-help] Cygwin issues

"Do i have to set the option to "Install" for options like
base,database,devel,docs,graphics,x11,intergreters,libs,mingw,net,Perl,Text
for GAWK,FLEX,PERL,GPERF,ZLIB
in cygwin installer."

With that comment it looks like, you have not installed PERL interpreter,
as part of cygwin. Better to select Install all(rather than Default), it
dint harm me.
