[webkit-help] How to split a bug?

Hello webkit,

I'm trying to split a bug because the fix includes a few components and the wiki recommends to do so, but I can't figure out what's the correct way to do that. I looked for webkit.org and wiki without luck. I guess I should set "Depends on" field but can't figure out how to.

Could someone please teach me how to do that?
