[webkit-help] help, how to get started..

Hey,

I am a PhD student, as part of my project, I need to design a mobile web
application that can deliver some selected services of a learning
management system (LMS) to mobile phones, across all the major platforms. I
realize that WebKit is the best web browser engine to help me do this.
However I am stack on how to get started? Someone help me break through!
