[webkit-help] How to open the Web Inspector?

I'm guessing that it is just a bug.  You could try looking in the bug tracker to see if it has been reported.  Something else that happened to me one time was that I didn't have the browser window open large enough to see the inspector, etc. since they are appended to the current window rather than opening up separate windows.  Try going full screen and doing it.  Or resizing the browser window after you say inspect to see if that helps.  Otherwise I have no ideas.

Hi Aaron,
I tried all this, but no dice. Right-click -> inspect element does nothing, even after I set the WebKitDeveloperExtras flag. (And I shouldn't even need to do, since I downloaded a pre-build binary).

Hi there,



This is probably a silly question, but I'm perplexed.  How do I open the Web Inspector?



I'm using the latest nightly build for Mac (r106264).  When I click on "Show Web Inspector" or "Show Error Console" in the developer menu, nothing happens. 



What am I doing wrong?  Or what can I do to investigate the source of the problem. Does anyone have any idea?
