[webkit-help] Building WebKit after adding new files

Hi,
I have probably a very simple question, but still I can't figure it out
myself. I've added some new files to WebKit (WebCore)
and now when I try to build the system with build-webkit --gtk script it
completely ignores my new files. (Even after clean)

Could someone tell what am I doing wrong?
Any help is appreciated...
