[webkit-help] Text inserting& removing info from DOM

Dear folks,

I'm finding the method that can get whether text is inserted or removed in
the DOM.
Of course, DOMTreeVersion can give whether dom is changed or not.
But, my concern is only for text insert & remove in DOM.

Is it possible to get this information?
