[webkit-help] Does WebKit supports XHTML1.1 Spec

There is a page where we used to track what WebKit support [1]. It's
pretty outdated but there has been no work on XHTML lately so our
support should still match XHTML1.0. The difference between XHTML1.1
and XHTML1.0 seems very minimal [2] so it may work for your needs.
