If you have modified your version of WebKit, I would say you are on
you own here. We cannot fix your code, so you will have to fire your
debugger and find out what is wrong.

If you mean, can you open a local file, then yes. You just need to
pass in a 'file:///' URL to your browser.

as we are not sure what you are trying to do and what fails. Thus
