While I think you will find the WebKit community quite helpful, asking
them to do your work for you is a bit too much.

WebKit is open source and if you intend to properly implement any new
web technology you will need to learn the parts of the code relevant
for that. The code should provide plenty of examples of code which
perform functions similar to what you are asking about.
