[webkit-help] PlaceholderDocument code in loader

Hi all,
   I was looking at the source code of webkit, and noticed two files PlaceholerDocument.h and PlaceholderDocument.cpp under WebCore/loader/ 
  Can someone explain the purpose of these files? I could not find any other classes using these at the moment.
