530.1 is versioning number used for WebKit as part of Safari. r41017
is an SVN WebKit revision, likely the revision Safari branched off
(though the mapping between the 2 is not that simple).

Safari WebKit revisions are assigned by Apple engineers. There is some
explanations about how it is generated but I couldn't find it
off-hand.
