Maybe I forgot mentioning something. I explain more in below.

No, partially. I hope the plugin takes over totally the refresh of jar
file link. And the web page
still stay at the page with the redirect link to jar file. In the
<body> part of html page, it will show
that the downloading has started in background.

So, this should not be a problem. Previous page is not the html page
with a refresh link to a jar file.
