[webkit-help] Layout Tests: How to specify the "--platform" parameter when use the command "new-run-webkit-tests"

That's correct, there is no Win Cairo port (at least, not one checked in).
Writing one should be nearly trivial, but I know nothing about Win Cairo so
I wouldn't be the one to do it :).
