[webkit-help] Quicktime SDK for Windows

I download and used the Safari Browser and was able to download the
QuickTime SDK for Windows.

I can reproduce this error. The download works on Mac OS X for me, so if you
have a Mac handy you could try that. I've pinged some people within Apple
about this issue.
