[webkit-help] Quicktime SDK for Windows

Hi,

I am new to WebKit and I was following the Installing the Developer Tools
instructions on the WebKit.org website. It says that I need to download the
QuickTime SDK for Windows.  I signed up with Apple so I could download it
but the links to the Windows SDK returns an error. I have written apple
developer support at http://developer.apple.com/contact/ with no reply.  Can
anyone help me get the QuickTime SDK for windows so I can build WebKit?
