[webkit-help] a little help from chromium build experts

Hi,

an svg patch is not building on chromium. The bug report is here:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5861

Basically I need to add a SVGFEConvolveMatrixElement.idl to the project.
Can anyone help me to do this magic?
