[webkit-help] WebKit+cairo open HTTPS issue & local certificate file issue

For a quick/dirty fix you can add/set the following environment var
"WEBKIT_IGNORE_SSL_ERRORS" equal to "1" in your windows system path.
This way any certificate errors won't stop the page load.
