[webkit-help] Web app save + applicationCache on Windows or Linux?

Hi,

We are doing some offline web app development and we have the
following problem: we'd like to test a desktop browser which has both
applicationCache object and "Create web app" user interface support.

- Safari 4.0 supports applicationCache and web app progress object.
However, there is no obvious "Save/create application" user interface
at least on Safari for Windows

- Google Chrome has "Create application shortcuts..." functionality,
but does not know about applicationCache object. We tested the latest
beta.

So, my question is, is there a browser which supports these both
functionalities? Does Safari on Windows have "Create application
shortcut" functionality hidden somewhere?
