Someone wrote an NSAPI plugin that wraps ActiveX controls
(http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/plugin.htm), which worked when I
tried it out.  However, I eventually just wrote a custom NSAPI that
was more specific to my needs so I can't vouch for how well it works
in production.
