[webkit-help] Leak hunting on windows xp

Hi,
   when run-leaks script is ran in cygwin shell on windows machine it says

run-leaks: Error running leaks tool.
 - no leaks found

Does windows have leaks tool or is it specific to mac.?

If yes then how do i do that on windows?
