[webkit-help] Offscreen rendering using webkit gtk+ port

Hello.

You can find the basics on the wiki
(http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WebCoreRendering). I hava a working
implementation of offscreen rendering but works only on older WebKit
revisions. Currently I'm investigating why my patches won't work on
newer revisions.

I think the new code checks if the target widget is visible and only
layouts and styles the page if it is (which is understandable). But it
is not what I would like because I don't display any widgets.
